Supposedly the best law firm in Polk County..BIG JOKE. Will not return calls. Will not respond to emails. Will not respond to text. Took 4 weeks for papers to get served due to lack of commitment by my lawyer. Thats with me calling everyday asking when will it happen. It has now been a week since I requested a proposal be sent to the other party, my lawyer has since ghosted me again. I have sent 4 text, an email and 6 phone calls in the last week. I have complained to one of the senior partners and got results for 24 hours then ghosted again after that. I left a message yesterday for Wright to call me back, still no call from him or anyone in the firm. They talked a good game in the beginning. Brad Mcfall hands down the best. We went through an adoption case, and Brad was a listening ear for many hours. He went above and beyond to do research to help support our case for many hours.
