I was on a mesh suit against Johnson and Johnson all the way up to it settled in court. I recieved a letter stating I would be getting a packet with the amount inclosed and all necessary paperwork to sign. I never received it. Waited weeks and never heard from them or received anything. I called finally got a hold of a paralegal because the person who had been keeping me informed was no longer there. I was told my name was removed after settlement. That she would look into it and I've never heard from anyone again that was 2018. I . never got a letter stating I was removed and how can they take you off a settlement after the fact. Apparently I contacted this place back in 2014 for mesh I've had since 2010 but completely forgot. Around April 2025 I start getting emails saying there's been a settlement and they believe I fall under category 1 which is $25k because they believe I only had one surgery and I've been fine since. After explaining that's not even close to being true I'm still told I should take the $25k which this place would take around $10k and half of what's left will go to the government because I'm on government medical. I explained how I'm still receiving treatment and searching for Drs that can help on top of being on social security because of the mesh which this law group had no idea of anything that happened after 2014. Very sketchy representation! Been in litigation for Pradaxa since 2015. Realize that overall award amount is what it is BUT there is no transparency to verify amount. Had the balls to contact me with a lowball offer from the total award amount, which was absolutely insulting. Brought up several key points in my case that Gallagher apparently didn't even followup on. Had the nerve to have someone they called a 'special administrator' offer to move my 'points award' (what they're offering) to a higher status for a FEE. Talking to anyone is a waste of time as those not on the corporate letterhead have zero ability to help. I give one star because there are no negative numbers to choose. I will say the exact same thing most of these reviews say - we get no response, even though the case has long been settled. Numerous family members have dealt with this office to no avail. We can't get any information on our dad's settlement. They just keep saying they'll send us the paperwork to confirm our identities. But NOTHING ever gets sent. I'd love to know where to report an irresponsible law office such as this one. They should not be allowed to work pharmaceutical cases.... ever.

My mesh case was transferred to this firm a few years ago. I have not had a good experience they do not communicate with me there client, they do not return phone calls or mail any new updates in my case so I feel left in the dark. I called today after leaving messsages for over 6 weeks and demanded to speak to some one the receptionist stated that checks were going to be mailed out the end of August ????????? What kind of answer is that no one has called to discuss an amount with me I have another surgery scheduled for tomorrow does that not effect my case?
