Had a good experience with closing initially. After closing, there were some questions that came up regarding distribution of sellers closing cost coverage. I have left voicemails and yet to have anyone return our calls, this was over a period of several weeks to months. Our experience is as follows: they are great for closing but after closing, you will not be able to get in touch with them.
