I talked to Mr Gabhart on July 30. He was pleasant and I gave him all the information. He said he'd be in touch. I heard nothing. I called again several weeks later. He was apologetic and assured he would get the ball rolling. My daughter called him for me in September. Again, very polite and apologetic. As of today, and calling 3 times, he has not done one thing!! No contact with us at all!! Very unprofessional.
