I am not sure i can do a review justice but I'll try. Katie has been amazing helping me navigate a situation inwas truly clueless in. She talked me though every step and help misunderstand the process. She laid how things would happen and what I needed to do. I can honestly say it took a lot of anxiety off of me. Allen was patient whenever I called getting me to the correct person and helping me keep up with necessary questions.
