I'll start by saying he did amazing work! I read some bad reviews and I don't even think they can be telling the truth. He charged me a small fee for a probation revocation and ended up doing a plea negotiation and revocation all in one no extra charges. At first I never could get him on the phone when his secretary who is amazing also told me to just text the office line and he would answer. He always texted back promptly I never harassed him and I will say this he works amazing things under pressure at the last minute. They love him at the courthouse and if he tells you he can do something you can count on that. I honestly think he is the best and most well connected lawyer in Rome.

Brian is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He works hard to achieve a positive outcome. Thankful for his expertise.

My sister in law had him for a lawyer in her case. This attorney forced her to plea guilty for 2nd degree & she did not even do it! It was her boyfriend and there was proof at the time of the injuries she was clocked in at work. 10 grand to him and he did nothing. Showed up to court and did not have no paper work or nothing. Now the boyfriend is getting out next year for murder and she is stuck in there ….
