Sent wrong POA to me and my aunt in a closing deal. I had to go out of my way to rectify the sitch. She said she would compensate me. I looked up how much they where willing to pay to send a mobile Notary, and currier to my house, and passed those fees on to them for me doing so. An agreement was made. Closing happend, but she never sent the compensation check to me. What happens to integrity. You make a mistake, you are held accountable. You make a deal you hold to your word. Michell is neither!
