I called Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, PC seeking their help after Social Security rejected my application for Disability twice. I have to say that calling them was the best thing that I have ever done. Eric Larkin, Esq. and his Paralegal, Melissa, are outstanding. They answered all of my questions and always returned my calls. They were up front with me about everything. They are the best team that you could ever ask for. If you need help getting approved for Disability, please call them FIRST!
Over 4 years handling a worker's comp case for me. Their paralegal Amanda was truly great; however, the communication from the lawyers on the case was very poor. I felt like I was handling it on my own. I can't recommend.
Refuses to get back in touch with you leave you hanging I have been waiting over a month for v Fusco to get back to me and I’ve been a client for 7 yrs and always get the run around they contacted after my first review asked me to take it down I did after speaking with someone who then doesn’t work there after 2 weeks then was. Ignored and I’ve been trying to get a very serious issue resolved with not even a head attorney responding to me for over a month
Top shelf ,lawyers and paralegals Vin Crudden and Ken Larkin really helped me with my case ,if you need lawyers that know what there doing this is the place to go
They wanted a consultation fee, for a LTD case when every other law office is free. And I specifically questioned that twice with the receptionist. That told me all I needed to know!
