As someone who handled my own case, I was surprised to see the plaintiff’s attorney (John) struggle to meet basic deadlines. Many filings came in weeks or even months late. From what I observed, organization and punctuality are not his strengths. ChatGPT would better help as an attorney.

I had high hopes when I hired Attorney John Funkhouser to represent me, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite the seriousness of my legal matter, Mr. Funkhouser failed to respond to correspondence from the opposing attorney, which has caused me significant complications and delays in resolving my claim. Communication is critical in any legal case, and his lack of follow-through has left me feeling ignored and unrepresented. I cannot express enough my disappointment and frustration from making the mistake of hiring John Funkhouser. Would leave a minus one star if I could!! Stay far away from this attorney and their office! Bought a property and they didn't do the proper tax review on the property and now I am stuck paying back taxes on a property even though I didn't own it or lose my property. The attorney was late for every meeting that was scheduled and treated me like an inconvenience instead of valued customer.
