I deeply regret going with this law firm to represent me in one of the most difficult time periods of my life. To Michelle and everyone in office they do not show any type of compassion nor pride in their work. It comes down to having to send multiple emails or having to call to never get any type of response but only charged more. I never even knew if I needed to appear in court just a few hours BEFORE, and I only got an answer because I sent multiple emails the morning of and got told I’m being charged per email. The receptionist will purposely ignore calls and you will get told no one’s in office yet if you show in person they’ll all be present. Michelle Wendlinger milked me of my money and did not come through with any results. Neither does she return phone call messages left with her secretary. Wasted about 9 thousand dollars over the course of 6 months just to continue court dates and having numerous parental agreement meetings with an uncompromising mother. She charges top dollar by the hour just to try to convince you to accept unfair agreements. This attorney makes stupid errors from typos that can be easily fixed with proof reading and has sent wrong documents via email of her other clients. She's lazy. Had to drop this lawyer and just let the state do what they do.

I was extremely dissatisfied with Michelle's legal representation during my high-conflict divorce. Despite facing severe issues where my ex committed theft, home invasion, and hacking, she advised settling for whatever the opposing attorney proposed, solely based on income disparities. This approach did not prioritize fighting for my rights and safety. I eventually switched attorneys, incurring significantly higher costs but achieving much better results. Michelle's lack of advocacy left me with an unsatisfactory outcome in a chaotic situation.

I was referred to Michelle from a colleague who recently went through a divorce. Being a male, I was expecting doom and gloom and a whole lot of money leaving me and going to my Ex!
