This law firm is incompetent. They allowed themselves to be illegally forced out of mediation by a pro se opposition, the first of many idiotic decisions. Then during court didn't object to obvious and blatantly purgery. Didn't object to the judge not allowing us to talk. Then after the judge ruled based on the obvious purgery (that Preston allowed to stand unopposed). Preston Bennott stated that this should not have happened and that we would pay a flat fee for an appeal as it was such an obvious wrong ruling. We then got a bill twice as high as we agreed on and a we tried to discuss the bill he filed his brief to the appeals court, and refused to talk to us again stating through his secretary that he never said it would be a flat fee. Zach Mortazavi, with “Fry and Elder”, was very professional in our endeavor to get legal guardianship. He went us step by step through the whole process. He was thorough, and knowledgeable about the laws, concerning our needs. Overall, everything went smoothly. And we got want we needed.

The only thing you should expect from this firm is a big bill and a loss. Completely incompetent, the facts were all in our favor but the 'lawyer' from this firm Preston Bennett didn't even object when the other side was committing open, easily provable perjury.
