Chris has always been fantastic. He’s well known which comes in handy when in court. Today we marked a milestone in my life. I can’t thank Chris enough for doing what he did today. He is and will always be the only attorney I use.

Attorney Froelich was appointed to represent me in a state court proceeding after exclusive jurisdiction had already lawfully transferred to Tribal Court, divesting the state court of subject-matter jurisdiction under federal law, including the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and the Supremacy Clause. This jurisdictional transfer was documented, operative, and repeatedly brought to his attention. Despite clear notice that the state court lacked authority to proceed, Attorney Froelich knowingly continued to participate in state court proceedings, did not seek dismissal, did not move to enforce the transfer, and did not refuse to act within a divested forum. Subject-matter jurisdiction is non-waivable and mandatory. Once divested by federal law, a state court has no lawful power to act. By
