Their relationship with legal shield is quite dubious! They're not all on the same page when it comes to explaining the retainer payment policy. The legal shield sales reps are telling new clients that they can still get legal representation by paying monthly on the unknown retainer cost. That's a total lie! The law firm told me so and forced me to have to go with a public defender instead. Total game of bait and switch. Stay clear !
