I am the wife of a man who died of covid. He was running the family business of repairing 18 wheelers. When he died suddenly after 2 days I couldn't do much about so I called Kim and she pulled our family apart. I have no idea how to repair an 18 wheeler so obviously the business was discontinued. Kim didnt help at all. She just seemed very greedy. While I was greiving... all Kim wanted was money from me because it was mine. My husband died and she wanted my personal money. After that, Kim just wanted to keep on billing me for no reason. There wasnt a reason but she's conniving and wanted to do so.

I wanted some help planning my estate. As a professional gambler I felt it was very rude how she treated me like a child. Then she wanted money for services she didnt provide. She's not all Mr big stuff and needs to tone it down because I would never hire her.

Worst law firm I have ever used. I have never felt the need to go after a lousy lawyer and complain to the CA Bar, but I do now. Not to mention I have to go after them in Small Claims to return money that they were supposed to leave in my mom's trust to pay bills that have come up. Avoid Stephanie Hess, Paige Clark and Dodie Peterson. People that make you feel like you don't matter are the last thing you need when you are catastrophically grief stricken and need somebody to walk you through the legal process.

Dodi, who assists Stephanie is spot on every time something is needed. I'm embarrassed to say I do not remember the name of another attorney at the law firm, he was tall with red hair.
