Customer Reviews

★☆☆☆☆ 1.0 Sean Senk · Jul 2025

Horrible front desk staff. I record myself for safety when delivering things, and the front desk staff freaks out over cameras. Mind you the whole front of the building is a fish bowl, floor to ceiling glass. So freaking out over safety for couriers is ridiculous.

How much more rude can a person get what the hell is wrong with that lady at the front desk disrespectful and on a power trip don't come here unless you want to argue with a Super Karen

★☆☆☆☆ 1.0 Yash · Mar 2025

very rude front desk lady, I want to do business with this place but seeing her still hired there shows that the org supports this behavior. makes me want to look elsewhere

★☆☆☆☆ 1.0 Jaleel · Jul 2025

Rude front desk lady...instantly chose to do my business elsewhere.

★☆☆☆☆ 1.0 Cheyenne Sweeney · Oct 2021

The worst front desk service I've seen in a while. The lady working on oct 27 at noon was incredibly rude to a group of women who were exiting the elevator not yet wearing their masks. She wasn't wearing her own mask properly, and helping a man who wasn't wearing a mask at all. So it seemed very unnecessary to stop what she was doing just to be unkind. You could tell the women felt bad.
