I called Sam looking for a contract lawyer to review an asbestos abatement proposal. He was able to improve the language of the deal such that the abatement would be done to completion pending inspection and testing. He was also able to identify specific asbestos-related liabilities and ensure the contractor was properly insured for such liabilities. I feel I got really lucky finding Sam off google as he was able to save me potentially tens of thousands of dollars for a very reasonable rate. He was also very honorable about the hours worked and I was pleased with the bill at the end. I’ll definitely go back to Sam or refer him in the future.
