I felt like they wasted my time and they didn’t care about my case. The communication suck the whole process a lot of times I had to hit them up to get updates. The only good thing that came out of the process was the chiropractor other than that a waste of time my brother loss his car, I got hurt, and the person responsible got away with the hit and run.
