Mr. Zimmerman was referred to me by a friend of mine. Mr. Zimmerman represented me on a custody case for my child. He always showed up to court on time, which the courthouse is roughly a 30 minute drive from his office. He was always friendly to me, and when I couldn't pay him his fee all at once, he allowed me to repay him in two installments. Oh my God where do I even begin? I’m using a friends computer and my name isn’t Sharon. I’m actually a man. Fred represented my wife in a forgery case. Yeah I know it’s a crime and she shouldn’t be doing it. But she did and she got “appointed” Fred. I swear his check comes from the prosecutors office. It was supposed to be an amended plea to something called “making a false writing” which would circumvent the mandatory jail time associated with forgery. I don't know about the other lawyers here but Tony Martinez is worthless. Delayed our divorce for months and now isn't even showing up for scheduled appointments. Go elsewhere.
