I hired the attorney named above in a case regarding a dissolution of marriage incorporating martial settlement. Upon learning that my children the respondent have been verbal and physical abused, I shared this information with my attorney Fred Joshua in confidentiality. He shared this information with the respondents attorney after I asked him not to until we see how the case settles in court. I asked him to put in an emergency motion with the court so I can see them and insure their safety and well being. Instead he never filed a motion and told the respondents attorney that I seen our kids being verbally and physically abused by my ex wife through our home surveillance cameras that she granted me access too after we were divorced. This firm does not follow basic ethics or normal legal procedures, and Mr. Joshua is either comfortable making his living by shielding abusers from accountability or so gullible as to fall for the same DARVO tactic he uses in the courtroom. Regarding a simple petition for a restraining order, I had to tell this team to contact the petitioner’s attorneys - not the petitioner - at least three separate times. This is a bullying tactic that is frowned upon among professionals, to put it lightly. Regarding evidence for the court, this team was more than eager to submit anonymous messages and posts culled from the internet under suggestive headings that claimed they were relevant to the dating relationship the petitioner had tried to terminate month’s prior. From my experience I would not recommend Fred as an attorney. Motion was filed at time of divorce that I would be taking back my maiden name. They/He put the wrong name on the motion, due to the wrong name I have had issues with government ID’s. I let him know the name was not right at the time and he had me pencil in the correct last name. For government identification a document like that is not able to be used just being penciled in. I reached out to Fred to let him know the issue I was having and he told me to file a motion myself to correct it. I reached out to a legal help team to ask for advice on how to go about filing the motion and they advised to go back to him directly and that he should file it at no charge since he was already paid to file that motion and the misspelling was
