We needed to organize our assets, life wishes, and end of life planning. We met Kelsi and she was very encouraging and listened to our needs and wants. The result was the creation of a trust, something we knew little about, but she walked us through the process and how execute the traffic in and out of the trust. It was a great experience, and we are grateful for her help.

By far the most unprofessional office I have contacted. Had a call set for a week with David and several CPA’s of mine to organize a new business. The day of the call David was extremely unorganized on his end and was confused about numerous things we previously discussed. Wasted time for several people, for something avoidable. I want to formally complain about Jessica Johnston, a paralegal at Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold LLP. During our interaction, she was quite rude and made it clear from the start that I would not be allowed to speak directly with Mr. Fitzpatrick. She became visibly stressed—so much so that she struggled to spell her own name correctly, which was frankly a bit surprising for someone in her role. When I told her I preferred to speak with Mr. Fitzpatrick and would not discuss details with her, she dismissed me, stating, “I don’t think you understand,” and proceeded to tell me that handling this case would “just end up eating me up financially.” This was especially inappropriate given that she knew nothing about me or my multi-million-dollar situation. Recommendation for Kelsi Lane Mrs. Lane is a very competent lawyer in Probate maters. Kelsi guided me through a very long process of probate. The length of the probate can be very long if you are battling against opposition. Kelsi guided me expertly though all the necessary steps without a miss. Kelsi and I would recommend that you and your extended family get a Trust to avoid Probate and all the problems it can cause to family unity. Kelsi is skilled at setting up Trusts also. During my Probate journey Kelsi changed law firms and I transferred my case with her and had no regrets. Even with her new team of legal assistants the process went very well.
