Please anyone that is thinking about using this lawyer franklin hays please reconsider. Everyone thats is saying its like family and making it seems as if its a good place to do business is lying i promise you. Once you hear him talk you will understand what im talking about. Franklin and his tifton office is not proffessional they are rude and not well informed on bank ruptucy policy. I am of this day of 12-18-23 am trying to cutt all ties of having to deal with this shade tree Lawyer and them. When i started my bankruptcy he didnt no anything when it came to surrending property and what you can file . I had to surrender everthing before i was able to start making payments on one iteam. So much i can say about this low end lawyer. I will leave it like this it is not worth filing ba
