Unfortunately, our experience with Attorney Lux was extremely disappointing. Throughout the course of our case, it became painfully clear that she was not advocating for us in any meaningful way. In court and during direct meetings with opposing counsel, she remained passive and disengaged. The opposing party behaved in a completely unprofessional and, at times, abhorrent manner — yet Attorney Lux said nothing and took no action to defend our interests.
