Frank Trotter Law Office

My family has hired Frank MULTIPLE times since the 90s. He has ALWAYS taken care of any case we hired him for. From saving my son from a bogus rape case when he was 14 due to a girl lying, to breaking down a case for my husband that was overcharged from Agg Robbery to a misdemeanor theft . To helping my son get a plea deal when Wichita county was trying to railroad him. He is AWESOME and upfront...and an attorney that knows the law. I recommend him to ANYBODY seeking justice or help.

Frank Trotter failed to inform me of court dates and trial that led to a bench warrant; rendering my case malignant and then he requested to be paied what a shame. He failed his duties to consent and inform. He lost half of my file including findings from private investigation, in which he requested personally; all medical records are gone and letters from doctors were also missing from my file apon the next lawyer obtaining my case. Just say no to Frank Trotter your justice can't afford what he's offering.

Never answers the phone or returns calls, almost seems like it is done on purpose, our family member probably has the most high sensitive case in all of Wichita Falls and seems like not a big deal to this lawyer. We feel neglected. After court hearings he talks friendly to the prosecutor, not the family. He is court appointed and wants our family member to do a lot of time. point is, he doesn’t care even when this case could lock our family member up for life.

My significant other is dealing with a probation violation in Texas and we live in Washington. He suffers from a severe cognitive disability, he ended up hiring Mr. Trotter (on is own without my help) on the spot over the phone. Frank immediately asked for money without really hearing the situation, there was no paperwork. He basically said he would take any amount. The secretary then saved his debit card information charged him 600 dollars, didn't ask for his phone number or name. For the last 2 months we've called everyday and are not able to get a hold of him. Us being in a different state there is no physical way for us to meet with him other than over the phone. Wonderful attorney. Is very busy with a high case-load but the man knows his business. He is well acquainted with prosecutors and always gets sweet deals. I do understand the frustration of waiting on a call. Make an appointment to come in and see him face to face, he always makes time for appointments. I worked for him, I enjoyed every minute and i'd hire him to represent me with no hesitation.
