After over 2 years of waiting, I was informed the case was dismissed. I talked to lawyer Leli maybe 2 times. I was communicated to by his assistant a few times. I did get notices that I was to appear in court several times and there was a continuance. So besides being screwed by Safeco, I was a nobody to this firm. She was the only one that informed me by email. Leli never called me. Thanks for nothing!

These guys got me a reasonable depreciation check for 10X the amount my insurance company tried offering me. Someone backed into me at a stop sign in my mint Porsche 911 and did $20K worth of damage. The insurance adjuster originally offered me $1.5K for depreciation, I got a report done by Chris Allen that showed the actual depreciation amount was $18.5K. Of course, the insurance company denied because that's what they do. Leli sued them on my behalf. They made the process very easy and the insurance company settled the day before the court date. It's awesome that they guys stand up to multi billion dollar corporations. Great experience!

They took my money and didn’t file anything until I called 4 months asking for an update. There was never any communication, no email, no notice only and when I asked for documentation, the filing was the same day I called. Spent over 8 months asking for an update and couldn’t get one. Gave them over $600 just so they can put my case to the side and ignore it.
