Frank came highly recommended and yet I was highly disappointed. After the initial phone call with Frank, I basically never heard from. I had to constantly email him and babysit him every step of the process. My closing date came and went. My loan officer was unable to secure a mortgage and my deposit was in jeopardy. The seller actually informed me, along with his attorney about this. I had many conversations with my loan officer who informed me he left messages for Frank that were never returned. I felt he had taken on too many clients and I fell by the wayside.

Frank has helped me with 3 real estate transactions within the past 2.5 years. His attention to detail, communication and hard work are unmatched. Highly recommended.
