We know him professionally, but I want to write a personal review that (I think) should be a factor in any judgement of his character and competence. Most people don't know this--and he's not one to brag--but he has volunteered thousands of hours to support veterans, the Bristol town library, and those afflicted with addiction. His status as a town judge, I think, speaks for his legal competence, but it is his dedication to improving our community that motivates me to write this review.

Had an excellent experience working with Frank on my divorce. He charged a flat fee and talked me through all the annoying changes and requests made by my ex's lawyer. As things dragged on he answered endless questions and helped me get through a really rough time.

I know for a fact I am not the only person disappointed with Frank Beretta. AFTER my horrible experience with him I heard of someone else with the EXACT issues I had over the last year or so along with another person who represented themselves against his Ex Wife who hired Frank and FRANK LOST against the average guy on the street. I paid my retainer and THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS more. I put a ton of work in at his office to try and prepare him for my case. Sketchy and Shady is all I can say...at court I begged him to treat this case as if it was one if his children...that didn't even work. It is truly amazing to me how people can sleep at night when they do not have their client's best interest in mind AT ALL TIMES! I hope I help anyone who comes this way! GET REFERENCES PLEASE!!!!!

Terrible attorney. I had to fire him. He refused to pay me my return. I then had to report him to the bar association. Don't ever hire this man. He's a thief and a lousy attorney. His attitude is terribly disrespectful. I now have to file a civil case to try and get my money back. Get references and don't hire frank
