I have known Frances Walsh Esq. for many years. He is an excellent lawyer and is very well respected in the legal community. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal help.

Francis is a fool and a clown. A worthless speaker and a hopeless legal defence. I wouldn't pay him to defend my goldfish. Save up and pay someone better. Seriously. It isn't worth the savings if you care about your life. Going with Francis was the worst mistake of my life. HEED THE WARNING. It is not worth the savings. Go somewhere else. Please. I would hate to see Anyone be made such a fool of in court as I was. He couldn't string two words together. I'm sorry you came to him, give up here, wait longer, be patient, go somewhere else.

He showed up to my boyfriend's court dates late. He submitted motions late. He looked liked he rolled out of bed. He seemed like he didn't even care. Even the judge was annoyed. Dont give him your money

I paid him to represent me in a case in Montgomery County, I decided to go with another lawyer and he still has my 600.00 I paid him for the case even after multiple phone calls and requests for a refund!!!!
