Christian Francis was extremely unprofessional and unreliable throughout our criminal case. Communication was almost nonexistent after he initially took the case and collected payment. Getting updates or answers was nearly impossible, and we were constantly told he “couldn’t get a hold of the DA,” which showed a complete lack of effort or influence. He convinced us to leave a previous attorney and get a refund to hire him, promising that at the very least there would be no jail time, especially given cooperation with law enforcement.
