If I could give a negative review I would absolutely do that! She absolutely has no business advertising as an attorney, I used an app called “off the record” for a speeding ticket and was referred to her. She had almost no communication and even after telling her I had already tried to speak to the DA myself she took the case. Sent an email and the DA said the DA said they wouldn’t give us a better plea. I told her I wanted to take it to trial and she told me to pay the fine and take the points (31-30 is 3 points vs the 4 points of the original ticket). No refund given and no attempt to help in any way. She will not represent YOU only what is easiest for her. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Do not, I repeat do not have this attorney represent you for any traffic violation. I was fighting a speeding ticket that was issued well over a year ago and this attorney is horrible at communication. Long story short, my license was suspended because this attorney never reported to the courts that she was representing me. I showed her notices I received from the state about failed court appearances and she failed to communicate to the court that she was taking on my case. For those of you using the Off the record (OTR) app for traffic violations, let my experience be a warning for you. If I could rate 0 stars I would because in no shape or form should anyone pay for a service that results in the payee receiving a hefty penalty.

Dismissed my speeding ticket without hurting any points, wow, that's so awesome of Mr. Jim and his Office. I could book him through Off The Record App. Really trustworthy and meaningful experience, like what was said was done too. May GOD bless this guy, his office and Off the record app, its really helpful as its meant to be, i wish them all the best.
