Absolute nightmare, Mr Fraley is stubborn, set in his ways and does not listen to anything you have to say as a client. He got paid a full fee in advance and constantly dropped the ball with what had to be provided and then blaming me for it. I highly recommend not throwing your money out as the only thing Mr Fraley is capable of nowadays is a retirement. His staff is actually polite and professional but he is rude, abrasive, does not listen and just hangs up the phone when you even attempt to correct him on some of his frequent rants
