Our company was first introduced to Fradley Law Firm we were the purchasers as the seller was represented by them we were so impressed with how the firm represented the sellers that after that transaction this Law Firm became my full-time transactional lawyer. They are highly recommend and very professional Lauren, and Mr. Fradley, personally took the time to get to know us. This Law firm is a full service team and extremely detailed orientated. They take the stress out of the deal and protect clients best interests.

We purchased a condo using them (no realtor, owner to owner purchase). They did a good job since we were out of state so a lot of documents had to be sent back and forth. The fees were a little high I believe compared to other places but they got the job done within a month which is quite fast. Only 4/5 stars because they were a little lacking on some communication (had to email multiple times, etc to get a response). You can probably find cheaper but this place will get the job done for sure.
