I’ve filtered and met four lawyers before engaging Richard. I can say that he felt the most empathetic and sensitive to my needs and was knowledgeable throughout the process. Ernie Fox and his team helped me with setting up a Health Care Proxy and appropriate legal documents so that my wife and I would be able to have access to medical information and knowledge about and be able to speak for my 18 year old son ( now legally his own "adult" ), if he might not be able to speak for himself, for when he went away for college.
