I'd have to agree with the review below, this company is terrible! I called to ask how to pay for a house at Auction, as the online details state that payment must be made to Wilson and Associates. The receptionist refused to answer my question and kept saying it's against their policy to give out information about foreclosures. I repeatedly explained that I didn't want any info about the foreclosure, I only needed instructions on how to pay them. Her only answer was that they did not give out info about foreclosures. It was like trying to speak to a brick wall! And she refused to let me speak to an attorney! I honestly don't know how this company conducts any business!

I have dealt with Wilson & Associates for many years and have seen a steady decline in the communication and services they provide to home owners and related parties. There is literally no option to speak to anyone anymore. An important aspect of the foreclosure process, PROPER NOTIFICATION, has become very sloppy when it involves an estate. Another home was unnecessarily sold at foreclosure yesterday where the ESTATE has NOT been notified of the foreclosure because the Substitute Trustee, Wilson & Associates could not be contacted). The professionalism of this company has slipped to an unacceptable low.

I am going to post on the trauma from this problematic company..I'm not understanding why the problem is the company and not the other side ... explain to me why every review is true..my dad died from COVID-19 and not one help...at least not yet...why?

I highly do not recommend!!! No communication and let the time frame expire and then stated not our problem. Horrible law firm to deal with!!
