Wouldn't take our calls after contacting him. While mom was sick, then investigated the situation on thier own.(charged us for his time ) Which nothing came out of , how ever charged her and sent a $400 plus bill. We left messages to speak to them , since we were the power of Attorney/ trustee, then we were told they work for her not us. She was on hospice when we explained what was happening. they wouldn't talk to us, she couldn't really speak at the time. They could have come out to talk to her , but did not. In the end ...mom didn't know where her paper work was so the purpose was to retrieve the paper work from the office, which they were paid for and they refused to provide a copy of my trust.

When this family member was alive, she found the process of organizing her affairs to be made more complicated, rather than less, with her attorney, Karen Allen. As the person executing the estate and will of the departed, my first move was to contact the attorney to determine how to proceed (I was quite young and had no familiarity with the legal landscape). The supervising attorney (Allen), (who had charged my sick family member approximately $15,000 to draft a simple will and trust) would not even take my phone call for approximately 2 weeks after the date of death.
