I am being sued by Wesley Fortune for $6,000 for a $700 range membership that he says he bought last year from a golf course that I used to own. He says he bought the membership last May, but the golf course has no record of him and we have never seen a receipt. He is angry because the manager will not honor this "membership" because they have no record of him purchasing it and even if they did, it would have already expired. Wesley is a bully and has filed this frivolous lawsuit against me, apparently unaware that I sold the business last year. He is what gives attorneys a bad name. Greedy and very unethical.
Wes was very helpful with resolving my issue in a professional timely matter.
