Now that my case is over, I feel like I'm comfortable with writing a review. My experience with William Fortune was AWFUL. I'm a single mom, never married to the father just seeking for a lawyer to help us come to an agreement. I hired this firm last January. The initial step was to request a paternity test in which the father needed to be served. I called asking if there was an update multiple times, and was given the run-around. My situation with the father then escalated and he ended up going to the courthouse and served me. Most of my emails and calls went unanswered. The paralegal even seemed annoyed when I would call requesting an update. This lawyer did NOTHING. I obtained a new lawyer by the end of April. They kept my retainer even though they did absolutely nothing. Please save yo

After an initial zoom consultation in estate planning Attorney Arnold did not follow up with any of the documentation he said he send in order for us to get started. After multiple follow up emails on my end I finally gave up. If this is how unorganized and unprofessional their process would have gone in a formal engagement it is a blessing he blew us off.

I was fortunate to be given Chris and Jonathan's names from Dr. Tim Haywood who used them for his practice sales. I really enjoyed working with them throughout the whole process of assessing the values of our practice and the help they give working through the different buyers. This is a stressful time after a long career finding the perfect match for you. I know I could not have accomplished this without their guidance and will be forever grateful. William Fortune is the best attorney around. Very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He knows his way around the courthouse and is a boss inside. He will fight for you and get you the best outcome possible.

These boys were johnny on the spot. I knocked out my divorce thanks to Mr. William Fortune and completed my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy all within the same firm. I am currently working on my Estate Plan with Mr. Christopher Beard. THis firm has been courteous and responsive.
