Enlisted staff is very friendly if you actually get a chance to speak to someone. Call backs are rare, appointments arre limiting and sometimes they close for days without notice. That last point is quite annoying considering I drive from S. Kansas City to see a sign on the door. Fort Leonard Wood is much more user friendly.
Great prompt service. Recommend they book appointments 30 days out. Hard to keep callimg back. Overall they are very nice. Recommend them.
