Walked in to ask if they would help me with my case. I believe I spoke to Mr Fornaro who seems to be irritated since I walked in and wouldn’t even listen to what I came in for. He interrupted me in the middle of the sentence asking if I have appointment. I said I don’t then he replies I need to call for appointment and simply turned away. Then I asked what’s the number to call and he grabbed his business card and threw it on the table highly irritated and walked back to his desk. Highly disrespectful and rude! Would give zero stars if I could.
