Attorney Houston P. Lowry was assigned to a mediation I had and started reciting history of “over 800 years of law” as an analogy introduction. He was equally unprofessional as that was randomized and had no bearing in the mediation process. He would repeat what I was saying and try to rephrase and re explain things that had nothing to do with what the mediation itself was to resolve but would over analyze outlining details. Maybe he should stick to his scholarly and history assignments and stop playing “good ol’ boys” club?
