Foote & Meyer have been helping our out-of-state non-profit with a land sale in Allegany County, NY. They've been great to work with and have answered all questions I've had quickly and easily. They've been especially helpful and patient because my father, the president of our non-profit is 90 years old and sometimes his records were not the easiest to get to, but they guided us to exactly what we needed to give them to get our real estate transaction done.
