After my father's passing, I hired this firm's probate attorney to help me with his estate. Then, my sister passed two months later. The probate attorney started dragging her feet and acting confused at times. When I offered to release her as my attorney, she then disclosed that she had been billing me $250 an hour and NOT the standard fees set forth in probate court. She claims she disclosed this to me in the beginning. I'm poor and would have never hired her for $250 per hour. I recorded all of our communications. I combed through them all - she made no such disclosure. She left me with a 4k bill and made a devastating time more stressful. Beware.
