Mr. Townsend, Pam, and every staff member I encountered was great to work with! Listened patiently and was empathetic after we had a huge family emergency. Worst experience ever with a lawyer, Fluharty was incoherent, confused, and shushed me every time I tried to explain what was confusing him, told me I was going to have to sue and it was going to be very expensive, (no kidding) and he couldn’t remember what he just read 30 seconds ago. Argued with me and shushed me and told me inconsequential stories from the 1960s all on my dime. And had the nerve to get mad when I stopped letting him shush me and started matching his energy. I finally walked out in disgust, he shouldn’t be practicing law he barely knows what day it is. I should have got up and left the first 5 minutes when he asked me why I was there and then shushed me.

Jerry has been my mom's attorney for years. He and the staff are so friendly, courteous, and very professional. If ever I was in need of an attorney I would not hesitate to ask Jerry and his staff for assistance.
