My recent/current experience with this office can only be described as ridiculously unacceptable. I received a letter earlier this week about an attack I suffered- yet I've left FIVE voicemails for and sent one email to the Asst SA and received NO RESPONSE. Two calls to their main number today to express my concerns? After nearly 30 minutes on hold, the result was no better. The representative transferred me away to the same voicemail box I've used all week on my initial call today- and a call back yielded nothing but a representative who said "Oh, well. Have a nice day" before hanging up on me. Again, a ridiculous experience- and an especially rough one for a VICTIM of an attack.

Alexis Sykes refuses to listen to my concerns and is very argumentative over the phone. Makes threats towards domestic violence victims. Absolute trash of a person.
