I would not recommend Fleckstein & Pearson PC for a real estate closing. This is a major financial transaction, and our experience lacked the level of care and communication it deserves. While we understand that inclement weather contributed to delays, the initial failure to complete DocuSign processing and record while the courthouse was still open, despite the storm being forecasted, resulted in our funds sitting in escrow for nearly a week and daily interest continuing to accrue. There were no timely updates provided to the sellers, no ownership taken for the DocuSign delay or lack of advance planning, and no reimbursement or credit offered for the delays. The delayed disbursement also put our purchase of our next home at risk, as we were nearly unable to meet a required deposit deadli

Adam Young was unbelievable in his work, communication and going above and beyond. Highly recommend for commercial and residential real estate, as well as handling of business purchases.
