Mike has represented me on a couple different occasions and has gotten me my desired results each time. He was late to several court hearings, and at the sentancing, the court had to call him because he forgot and left the court house. I had seen him in the hall 20 minutes before the hearing and assumed he was heading to the court room. He blamed his secretary, again for not having it on his schedule. He did minimal to help my son and was not successful at any attempt he claimed he was doing. I don't believe he represented properly and my son had never been in trouble before, so there was no reason these exaggerated charges shouldn't have been reduced to a misdemeanor. Find a different Attorney. He was on the police force in Iowa, then got his license for law, but it is very much on the side of the blue. He's just looking for an easy paycheck.
