Deeply Disappointed by This Firm’s Unprofessional Conduct My experience with Fisher Zucker, especially Frank Reino and Chris Alexander has been extremely troubling. I was a defendant in a case where they represent the plaintiff, Moxie Franchise BBB, Jamie Lynn Dunn, Jennifer Patterson "AKA The Moxie Twins", Victor Olivetti and Michael Sarao. Instead of maintaining professional and ethical standards, I have received communications from them that I believe are harassing, threatening, and bullying in nature. They appeared to try to silence me from speaking publicly, which I view as an infringement on my First Amendment rights.
