Joe Field prepared a Living Trust for us that covered a wide array of contingencies. I learned a great deal about what to avoid and how to protect myself, my husband and our heirs. The Trust Joe prepared for us covers the heirs of our heirs in its legal language and ensures that money will not be lost unnecessarily to taxes, nor delays caused in probate. Joe funded our home into our Trust at a really small additional cost, and he provided us with a "cheat sheet" and with the forms we will need to fund our vehicles into the trust as well as future assets. He literally spent 10 minutes with us just notarizing documents we may need in future to fund assets as yet unknown. I responded online interested in setting up a family Trust. 4 days later I received a call back and set an appointment 1 month out. I called to reschedule that appointment 10 days ago and have yet to hear from anyone. I'm moving on, if I can't get a call back trying to become a client, what happens after I am a client. My money must not be good enough.
