Even though these folks are debt collectors, Mrs. Farmer was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. She couldn't immediately complete my transaction however, she made multiple phone calls in order to give me the correct information. In the end, she was able to take care of all my business. She is an asset to this employer, that is for sure!

Threatened wage garnishment on a debt that wasn't even mine. When the proof that it wasn't was right in what they sent to me to prove it was. They wouldn't back down, until the original debtor contacted them. Turns out i was right, and there was another patient under the same name. my advice don't give them a penny unless you know you owe. Cause they dont care if it's your debt or not. They want to collect it.

They operate with very shady business practices, changing the name of one liable individual to another out of convenience because "We are not going to chase him down in Kentucky to pay this bill, when there is someone here in West Virgina who can pay it" , "We will be changing this to your name and if you chose not to pay it, we will take legal action against you." - I called to provide them with the correct address for the individual they were looking for.
