Closed 2 properties w Ferreyros Law Firm - one was somewhat difficult, needed an extension to close. The other lasted almost 6 months, the deal fell off the plate twice but with a lot of patience and creative thinking the deal got done. Glad I had Carlos looking over my steps very good thinker. This is my 6th time buying and selling a house and have never had an experience close to this with the 5 other title companies I have used. Carlos and his staff were cordial but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. My emails were often ignored for days to weeks and during the week of closing I was given incorrect and deceptive information multiple times which delayed closing and delayed me receiving my money for multiple days which cost me an additional hundreds of dollars in fees. They did not have an in-house notary (which I have never heard of) and would not send me an executed copy of my contract for over a day until I contacted a separate title lawyer. I am not sure if it was incompetence, negligence or malicious but it was a very unpleasant and disconcerting experience.

What sets Ferreyros Law apart from other title companies, is the attention to details and going above and beyond to accommodate all parties in a transaction. Ari sets the bar very high when it comes to timely and efficient communication and Att. Carlos applies his personal time to insure timeline is met successfully. Highly recommend and will request their services again for future closings.
