I needed help with a civil litigation with my former roommate, and also a friend of mine needed a notary to sign some paperwork so we went together - and they were good on both counts! Christian is a great attorney with a laid-back attitude, and was very cordial to me and my needs. We ended up winning that case btw - and their notary, Ivan, helped out my friend as well! For me, money well worth spent!!

My home, along with 36 others in my neighborhood, was recently destroyed in the Eaton fire in Altadena. In the aftermath, my neighbors and I, who live on a private road, needed legal advice regarding forming a road association and contacted Feldsott, Lee & Nichter. I initially spoke with a paralegal, Ivan, who was pleasant enough. Given our circumstances, he said he'd check if the usual $250 consultation fee could be waived. He later confirmed a free 30-minute consultation. The morning of our scheduled meeting, Ivan emailed to say, “The attorney said he could meet with you for a 30-minute free consultation. Pls READ this.. Feldsott and Lee is NOT A LEGETIMATE LAW FIRM they will charge/send you billable hours that are WAY more than necessary. Monthly, the attorneys at F&L are mandated to reach a productivity goal based on # of hours they bill for the client. The attorneys will are required to look for billable litigation hours that are NOT necessary. If you are a HOA, they will bill you for each minute spent on a call, email, and/or hours worked researching your question. I understand if their attorneys are a competent attorney with numerous years of experience at hand. But majority of their attorneys they are fresh out if law school and/or have very limited HOA experience. So, don't be fooled by their inflated billable hours!

Mary charged me a lot of money just to write a demand letter that never got a reply. She then instructed me to call the management company which I had already done many times with no results. This was the reason I hired her. I never felt like this office cared about me; they only cared about how much money they could bill me for!
